• Usage data: pages viewed and basic analytics-style events (if enabled)
• Support emails: information you send us when you contact support or file a report

You may choose to share optional profile fields. Do not post information in listings or messages that you are not comfortable making available to other users or, where public, to visitors.

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display listings and enable messaging between users

• Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers (for example hosting, database, authentication, and storage providers such as Supabase) who process data on our behalf to run COLDBORE.

• You make it public yourself (for example, a listing visible on the site, or profile details you choose to show)
• Another user needs it to complete a conversation you started (messaging)
• A service provider needs it to operate the platform under our instructions

• Needed to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of COLDBORE, our users, or the public

5. Messages & listings

Listings and certain profile information are intended to be visible to other users (and, for public listings, site visitors). Messages are shared with the other participant(s) in the conversation. COLDBORE staff may access content when needed for support, moderation, security, or legal compliance.

6. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies so you can stay signed in, keep sessions secure, and remember basic preferences. Blocking cookies may prevent login or other features from working.

7. Retention

We keep account, listing, message, and log data for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations. You may request account-related updates through your profile tools where available, or by contacting us.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, including using reputable infrastructure providers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

9. Your choices

You can:

• Update certain profile details in your account
• Edit or remove listings you control (subject to platform tools and policies)
• Delete your account from Profile (permanent removal of account, listings, and messages)
• Contact us to ask questions about your information or to request correction of inaccurate account data
• Stop using the service if you do not accept this policy

Some residual operational or backup data may remain for a limited period after deletion where needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.

10. Children

COLDBORE is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of COLDBORE after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise it.

By using COLDBORE, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Creating an account means you accept it together with our Legal / Terms.
